Refunds/Exchange


At this time Bad Kitty Beauty is unable to provide refunds for merchandise. However, should an item be found to be defective within 5 days of receipt, we would be happy to exchange it for the identical item. 

If you have an exchange, please email us within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise at
shop@badkittybeauty.com with "Exchange" in the subject.

When will my item(s) be shipped?
Once payment is received, all items will ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Can I cancel/change my order?
At this time orders cannot be canceled or changed, so double check your order before you finish.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a California resident, yes you must pay sales tax.

I don't have a Pay Pal account, can I still shop in the Boutique?
Absolutely! It only takes a moment to sign up and it's free. Once you complete your shopping and are ready to check out, you will be given that option to complete the transaction.

I have an exchange, what do I do?
